Aero Nav Laboratories offers to customers a
highly cost-effective solution where the cost of
assembly and production work in-house is high
or needs to be reduced
PROTOTYPES
The laboratory’s extensive experience with test
equipment setup, fixtures, and installations
serves to provide customers with a highly
experienced and skillful resource in a cost-
effective framework.
FUNCTIONAL TESTING
Functional testing of components or assemblies
is of importance to demonstrate their ability to
meet the design requirements set forth by the
customer. The goals include optimization of
equipment design, check of operating
parameters, calibration, etc.
ENGINEERING
Aero Nav Laboratories offers a wide range of
engineering services utilizing its own in-house
capabilities and those of an associated
consulting firm. Included are forensic
engineering services such as investigations of
accidents and equipment failures, and
metallurgical examinations of failed parts.
DEVELOPMENTAL
Developmental testing may prove to be
beneficial in the design phase of a program. The
laboratory can provide cost-effective solutions
to aid in the initial development phases of
projects.
WITNESSING
Test witnessing and verification, is the
overview of testing performed by or on behalf
of another party such as a subcontractor. It can
be performed on-site at the customer’s facility or
elsewhere as required.
FIELD INSPECTION
Aero Nav laboratories can perform field
inspections of installed equipment onsite on an
as-required basis in accordance with the
customer’s needs.
